Japanese Hospitality “OMoTeNaShi”
In Japan, There are the word of “servise” or “Hospitarity” for the Customer or Client, Sometimes even for close friends and for family,
Almost of all Japanese bear in mind “OMoTeNaShi” heart .
The Customer will not drop into the shop twice and three times ,without being a favorite store.
For Japanese,one of most precious mind for anyother person is a “OMoTeNaShi” mind.
“OMoTeNaShi”is very difficult word to explain,because for the customer,we don’t know what is most comfort thing?
and then,
Japanese will want to do the best for all of customer or client.
and to do for oneself,too. for “Manzoku” ,It means satisfied with oneself.
Nobody can conplain , If oneself will be satisfied.
How’s Our company’s “OmoTeNaShi” ? satisfied with your Mind ?
日本では、お客様、クライアント、果ては友達や家族にまで施す、「サービス」や「ホスピタリティー」に当たる
ほとんどの日本人が顧客に対して心に描く「おもてなし」の心です。
よっぽど気に行った店でない限り、二回三回とお客様は足を運んでは頂けませんよね。

それは…… 自分自身が満足することでもあるのです。 「満足」の意味、自身を満足させることですね。
誰も文句を言わないよう、自分自身を満足させる…..。
